Hi all! Collin and I are very excited to see everyone very soon!
If driving to the venue (Indian Wells Golf Resort), valet packeting is available.
As you enter the main lobby of the golf resort, there should be people there to greet you and direct you to the back side of the golf resort lobby, where someone in a golf cart will escort you to the ceremony location. The weather is looking sunny, 70 degrees during the day as of now. Might be cooler at night, so would bring a jacket of some sort. Ceremony is outdoors and will be facing the sun, so recommend bringing some sunglasses. Reception is indoors.
Cocktail hour starts at 4, held at some location as the ceremony and reception.
Reception starts at 5.
Dress code: Cocktail attire.

TIME: 3:15
Please arrive by 3:00 to allow time for parking and to be shuttled to the ceremony. Because the sun sets at 5, we will be starting the ceremony right at 3:15. The ceremony will be on the lawn. Reception will be in the Pavilion which is right next to the lawn..

ARRIVING TO THE VENUE
Once you get to the golf resort, you will walk through the main lobby and out the other door. There you will be people greeted with people in golf carts to shuttle you up to the ceremony and reception area. Some of the hotels nearby are walking distance to the venue.
WHERE TO STAY
Indian Wells Golf Resort is close to the Hyatt, Renaissance Esmerelda, Indian Wells Resort Hotel, and Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa. These four hotels are the closest to the venue (click below for more info).
